Improving The Customer Connection

Leading the design strategy for virtual consultations to better facilitate the customer’s project success.

  • Role: CX strategy & design
  • Problem: Virtual service offering not meeting customer needs
  • Solution: Using research findings, design a flexible consultation system that will help customers to better remotely connect with a specialist about their project needs
  • Success: Revised system has seen increased conversion rates and overall customer success

Modernizing The Performance Driving UX

Leading the UX strategy to improve performance driving interactions and make a more engaging digital experience.

  • Role: UX strategy lead and concept development
  • Problem: The existing Mustang’s digital experience was difficult to use, outdated, and limited in its capabilities
  • Solution: Worked with the program team to conduct user research to identify and solve existing pain points. We were able to create a new information architecture, user journeys, and experience ecosystem to better illustrate the ideal next-gen performance driving UX
  • Success: The revised UX outperformed existing paradigms in all categories and was accepted by the program for development. First releases was Fall of 2022

Creating A Better Team Process

How might we improve the UX process to better collaborate cross-functionally?

  • Role: Led the team in developing the framework and process execution
  • Problem: After a large re-org, Ford needed a new universal UX process that utilized agile methods
  • Solution: We created a new hybrid UX process with cross-functional partners that began implemention in 2022
  • Success: The new workflow helped to de-silo teams, improving clarity, efficiency, and productivity

Designing The Future of Off-Road Driving​

UX design & strategy for the 2021 Bronco digital experience.

  • Role: UX strategy lead and concept development
  • Problem: A variety of disjointed and unrefined off-road related experiences needed UX organization and development
  • Solution: Conducted user research and created a proposal containing a new information architecture, medium-level concept development, and user journeys to better illustrate the ideal user experience
  • Success: The proposed strategy presented the features as a coherent ecosystem, thus moving up in prioritization to be launched for customers. First releases are slated for Spring of 2023
